Project Requirements
The site featured a structural concrete column embedded within the main pantry wall. Standard modular depths would have resulted in an awkward 120mm void and misalignment with adjacent tall units.
Manufacturing Approach
Execution Solution
Our engineering team produced custom 3D parametric shop drawings, modifying the internal carcase depth to wrap precisely around the column while maintaining a clean, continuous facade line across all 7 tall pantry shutters.
HANDOVER RESULT
Project Completion
Delivered 3 days ahead of the scheduled handover. Zero site-trimming required on the factory-finished acrylic fronts, achieving 0.5mm uniform reveal gaps.
