Site ceiling had a 14mm deflection across the 5.2m span which would cause floor-to-ceiling glass pivot shutters to bind during rotation.
Manufacturing Approach
Execution Solution
We engineered top-compensating spring-loaded telescopic ceiling headers with laser-calibrated leveling sub-frames, allowing smooth shutter operation regardless of slab variance.
